What is our return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case, please let us know at contact@coloretonvoile.com and we will explain our return procedure. Please note: you have 14 days after receipt to return your package.

When will I receive my order?
We ship our packages within 24 to 72 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times vary depending on the carrier chosen at checkout and your location.
How do I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number (be sure to write your email address on your order). If you choose a delivery method other than Mondial Relay, Packlink will send you an email with your tracking number.
Can I change my order after payment?
Yes, you can send us an email at contact@coloretonvoile.com to add or modify articles (please note that your email may not be seen in time).
